RemTech Expo is a permanent international event specialized in the protection and sustainable development of the territory, remediation of contaminated sites, coasts and ports, hydrogeological instability, climate change, seismic risk, urban regeneration and sustainable chemical industry.
It is characterized by an articulated display of products, tools and specialized services, flagship events, technical, technological and scientific congress sessions, workshops, seminars, discussion tables, permanent working groups, training courses for operators, authorities and decision makers, bilateral international meetings, intense networking activities, schools, academies, international hubs and innovation poles.
The 2021 edition was a blended event, combining in-person as well as digital components. The event saw over 10,000 visitors and participation by over 300 companies, 500 experts, in more than 200 events.
ECFAS took part in the event with a presentation by Prof. Paolo Ciavola, Consorzio Futuro in Ricerca, entitled, “A proof-of-concept for the implementation of a European Copernicus coastal flood awareness system ECFAS.”
