ECFAS Risk and Recovery Mapping, will improve the Rapid Mapping and Risk and Recovery Mapping services of CEMS, adding coast-targeted products.
Some of the key aspects to be considered include:
• Exposure of coastal population and key assets;
• Vulnerability functions for impact assessment to key assets and the population;
• Shoreline position and displacement and impact of extreme events on shores;
• Available and additional in-situ information collected at specific test sites (Lidar DEMs, topography,
bathymetry, etc.).
