The 13th Thematic Workshop on Remote Sensing took place in Bologna from 22-23 September 2022. the workshop aimed to present and disseminate the results obtained in the academic, industrial and governmental fields with two days dedicated to the state of applied research and the upcoming programs and scenarios in the space sector, as one of the driving forces for growth in Italy.
The topic of the workshop, organised by the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development (ENEA), was “Remote Sensing Applied to the Knowledge and Territory Management Processes”.
ECFAS was delighted to be part of the agenda, with Dr. Clara Armaroli, ECFAS Coordinator, providing a presentation entitled, “A European Coastal Flood Awareness System: the ECFAS project”.
